Service where it makes the most sense
We evaluate service needs on a case-by-case basis, considering the equipment, the specific fault, and your production requirements.
In-house maintenance
At our facility, we handle repairs and scheduled maintenance for vacuum equipment, including helium leak detectors.
On-site maintenance
Fast on-site assistance when moving the equipment is not possible, such as leak testing for fixed installations.
To prevent production downtime during service, we can arrange a replacement unit whenever possible.

This ensures we can quickly identify your equipment and its specific needs the moment it arrives at our workshop
Service request form
After submitting the information, you will receive a confirmation email once your request is processed. This email will contain your completed form (PDF) with an assigned service number. Please print this form and include it with the equipment you are sending in for service.
You also have the option to save an incomplete form and finish it later by following the on-screen instructions.
