Turbomolecular pumps

Mechanical Diaphragm Pumps
The AMD1 and AMD4 diaphragm pumps provide
high performance in a compact package. Featuring
three stages of guided planar diaphragms,
resulting in unmatched performance, quality
and reliability. AMD series pumps provide
oil free pumping of gases for applications
where dry, clean pumping is required.
Roots Pumps
Adixen Roots Pumps are suitable for a wide
range of vacuum applications. In combination
with primary vane pumps, or dry pumps, they
achieve low pressures with high pumping speeds.
Hybrid Pumps
The Alcatel ATH series offers a complete
range of hybrid turbomolecular pumps from
30 to 300 l/s. The pump design principle of
turbomolecular stages exhausting to Holweck
stages provides high pumping capacity, low
inlet pressure and high exhaust pressure.
These pumps provide a clean, dry vacuum (hydrocarbon
and particulate free) when backed by a membrane
(AMD) or multi-roots (ACP) pump.
